Working with the RWF has been a great experience from the start. The training was very informative as well as being enjoyable and my first few months of being a mentor has been very fulfilling. It is a good feeling to know you are a positive influence in someone’s life and it equally reflects in your own to meet people you may usually not come across so you really learn from each other. I am already recommending it to my new University classmates!

My mentoring experience has been exciting, frustrating, a learning experience and a happy one as it makes me happy to be a positive role model to another individual and have a big impact on their lives.
Monique Bennett, Southwark
I have really enjoyed mentoring, seeing the reward of helping them with applying for work and seeing results of things they have changed to better themselves
I have found from the initial contact through to meeting my mentee, the whole experience with the Reasons Why Foundation very open and professional. The training provided was thorough and helped me get over some of the initial concerns and reservations. I have felt supported at all times and this helped me in the way I have been able to approach the work of supporting my mentee.
Working with any young person can be challenging, taking on the role of a mentor, even more so, but my experience with The Reasons Why Foundation has been everything but (challenging).
Roger’s support goes beyond training and TheRWF will continue to grow and support our community and future generations.
