Partner with us
We aren’t asking for preferential treatment, all we ask of our employment partners is that when they have a vacancy arise, they let us know and we will then check out database of young people to see if we have anyone that fits the employer’s criteria for the vacancy that’s available.
All of our young people go through a skills development training and have a complete support structure that enables them to be highly motivated and reliable in their working lives as well as their personal lives.
It’s a win-win opportunity.

Via the Local Giving scheme you can either make a one off donation or set up a monthly payment.
£15 will provide a mentoring session for one young person.
£30 will pay for 2 hours of 1-2-1 support from one of our expert team.
£100 will secure a place on one of our life changing full day workshops.
For every £1,750 raised, one young person can be enrolled on our Life Changer Mentoring Programme, where they will be trained and supported through to employment with ongoing aftercare to empower them with sustainable skills to keep them employed and prevent them from offending, for up to 18 months.
