This marks the 30th anniversary of The Royal Windsor Triathlon and our 8th year, so we have a target this year, we want 38 entries for this event and we are confident that we can acheive, or better still, exceed this.
The RWF are bringing together our 'Challenge Team 2020' to take part in this event and fundraise to support our mentoring provision for people who are either returning home after being in custody or who are at risk of offending, with our support most will not return to crime. Fact. We need to fundraise as part of our overall strategy to keep our services available to those that need them the most. Also a fact.
There is a choice of events, and complete beginners are very welcome (and encouraged!) – it’s a 'fun'draiser after all!
You can do the whole thing on your own or you can do it as part of a relay team of two or three. We can also help match you in a team if you want to take part in just one or two disciplines and don't have a team of friends to sign up with yet. Whether you do the Sprint distance or the Olympic distance the routes start with a swim in the River Thames, followed by a bike route that heads through the streets of historic Windsor, past Windsor Castle, and into the surrounding countryside, then switching to a run into Windsor Great Park and along the spectacular Long Walk in the shadow of the iconic castle.

• Relay Sprint Triathlon (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run) £149
• Relay Olympic Triathlon (1500m swim, 40km bike, 10km run) £169
When you enter as part of the RWF team you get a 25% discount code off the entry price and a free limited-edition RWF t-shirt. Sign up with us first to receive further joining instructions and your discount code before entering the event. As this is a fundraiser you need to cover the cost of the discounted entry yourself, not using any money you raise. Don't forget that if you enter the relay, the team entry cost it is split between two or three, depending on how many of you are doing it.
