Friday 14th July.
This week, on Wednesday, we had our 5th birthday here at the RWF. So, we thought it would be a good opportunity to update you all on some of the things we've achieved in our first 5 years.
We've…
- supported 376 Londoners, helping 358 of them to change their offending behaviour positively.
- worked in 16 London boroughs, delivering mentoring, employability and life skills training.
- delivered programmes in 2 London prisons.
- been chosen to take part in Project Oracle's Youth Justice Cohort of 2016/17.
- partnered with 18 other organisations to deliver our services.
- developed a female only programme, incorporating climbing, counselling and mentoring.
- worked with Project Oracle and are days from achieving Standard 1 of Evaluation.
- established a yearly appeal to raise funds to support our work.
- just finished our 2017 Challenge – The West Highland Way.
- started recruiting participants to join our Founder next year to complete the 3 Peaks 24hr challenge.
- grown our team of staff from 1 to 5 and have over 65 volunteers supporting us.
- developed a robust and reliable support structure, which we are consistently adjusting to achieve ever more positive outcomes.
